Airport–hotel–venue
Inbound guests often need KIAL to hotel in a group cabin — see Urbania airport transfer (fare on request). Ceremony morning is usually hotel to venue, sometimes home to makeup to hall. Extra stops are still stops; a day that collects three apartments and waits at each gate looks like a local package, not a single drop. Out-of-town functions use outstation rules and 300 km/day.
Night window after a late reception
If the reception runs past 10:00 PM, the night allowance (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) is extra. Say so up front. Women chauffeurs on request for groups that prefer that option late at night. Luggage remains at passenger risk — wedding outfits on hangers need a clear row, not a crushed boot.
