VIP staff, not a shift roster
The Carnival page says VIP employee transportation. That is directors, visiting staff, or a small leadership set who should travel together. A 16-seat Urbania or a coach is a different product — see Urbania employee transportation if the roster is larger.
How it bills
City loops use the local 8h/80km package. Highway days use outstation ₹80/km. Name the GSTIN. Women chauffeur on request.

Tolls, parking, interstate taxes and GST are extra. After-hours driver BATA is listed as ₹700. The luxury cabs card also prints a Carnival BATA of ₹500 — this cluster uses the Kia Carnival page figure (₹600) until the desk confirms one number. Night running 10:00 PM–6:00 AM attracts double night bhatta on the published terms. Luggage is at the passenger’s risk. Rates can move with the fuel-band note on the Carnival page.
How booking works
