How the outstation clock works
When the Force Urbania leaves the Manya Tours office at No. 339, Chikkajala Village, Jala Hobli, Yelahanka taluk, Bangalore 562157, the hire has started. When it returns to that garage, the hire ends. A family that drove “only 220 km today” can still be billed for 300 km because the empty legs count. That rule is the same frame as the outstation charges article; this page applies it to Urbania cards.
Published ₹/km and BATA

Every card: 300 km/day, chauffeur included, driver BATA ₹700, AC vents and USB. Fuel-band language on the hub notes rates can move with diesel ₹85–₹95 and petrol ₹95–₹105 per litre. Ask for a written quote for the dates you actually hold.
Tolls, permits and the night window
Tolls, parking, interstate permits and GST are extra at actuals. Crossing into Tamil Nadu, Kerala or Andhra Pradesh does not freeze garage-to-garage counting; it only adds whatever the border actually charges. Night allowance 10:00 PM–6:00 AM is extra. Luggage is at passenger risk.
Destinations that are actually listed
Package cards on outstation packages include Coorg, Chikmagalur, Ooty, Wayanad and Tirupati (and other listed towns on that page). Urbania-specific route pages: Coorg, Ooty, Chikmagalur, Wayanad, Tirupati. This page will not invent drive times or add towns that are not on the packages list.
