One MPV on an event day
The hub lists corporate events as a Carnival use. Hotel–venue hops and speaker airport runs are the usual asks. If you need a mixed fleet, start on event transportation and name this cabin for the VIP car.
Do not stretch one booking
A conference shuttle that repeats all day may still be the local 8h/80km product until it overflows. Extra km ₹80, extra hour ₹800. Night window 10:00 PM–6:00 AM is double night bhatta. List every pin before the car leaves Chikkajala.

Tolls, parking, interstate taxes and GST are extra. After-hours driver BATA is listed as ₹700. The luxury cabs card also prints a Carnival BATA of ₹500 — this cluster uses the Kia Carnival page figure (₹600) until the desk confirms one number. Night running 10:00 PM–6:00 AM attracts double night bhatta on the published terms. Luggage is at the passenger’s risk. Rates can move with the fuel-band note on the Carnival page.
