Delegate car, not the shuttle roster
Business conferences on the Carnival hub mean a lounge cabin for speakers or a small delegation. Repeating hotel–venue hops all day may still be the local 8h/80km product. If you need a high-density shuttle, that is Urbania or a coach on the events desk.

Tolls, parking, interstate taxes and GST are extra. After-hours driver BATA is listed as ₹700. The luxury cabs card also prints a Carnival BATA of ₹500 — this cluster uses the Kia Carnival page figure (₹600) until the desk confirms one number. Night running 10:00 PM–6:00 AM attracts double night bhatta on the published terms. Luggage is at the passenger’s risk. Rates can move with the fuel-band note on the Carnival page.
