A Kia Carnival from Manya Tours is a chauffeur-driven hire. It is not self-drive. The dedicated page lists it for Kempegowda airport transfers, weddings, outstation travel, family weekends, group sightseeing and VIP guest movement. The luxury fleet page lists the same vehicle as Kia Carnival Limousine. This article is about when that hire fits — using only what those pages publish. Full packages sit on Kia Carnival rental. The wider chauffeur list is on luxury cabs.
What you are hiring
You are hiring a vehicle plus a professional chauffeur, measured garage to garage from the office at No. 339, Chikkajala Village, Jala Hobli, Yelahanka taluk, Bangalore 562157. Hours and kilometres start when the car leaves that garage and end when it returns. That empty run is part of the hire. A “short city hop” that looks small on a map can still sit on an 8-hour / 80 km local package once the garage legs are in.
The Carnival page describes ample luggage space and luxurious seating. It does not publish a seat count on that page, and this article will not invent one. If you need a number of passenger places confirmed for your group, ask the desk. Do not take a photograph from elsewhere as a specification.
Manya Tours has operated since 2011 and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Women chauffeurs are available on request. Call +91 799-6662-202, WhatsApp 799-6664-404, or email booking@manyatours.in. The desk is 24/7.
Airport arrivals and drops
The Carnival page opens bookings for airport transfers to Kempegowda International Airport. That is a group or guest movement, not the sedan one-way table. Published airport one-ways for Dzire, Innova Crysta and Innova Hycross stay on the airport page. If finance wants those figures, they are buying a different product.
Share the terminal, the flight number, and a buffer after landing. Manya Tours is not liable for missed flights caused by traffic or delays outside its control. Waiting and extra stops may be charged. Luggage travels at the passenger’s risk — say how many large cases you have so the chauffeur is not surprised at the belt.
If the same Carnival should wait for a second landing, say so. Garage-to-garage measurement does not pause because the passengers are still in immigration.
Weddings
The page lists Kia Carnival wedding rental for bride, groom and VIP guests. Larger wedding fleets — more vans, coaches, a mix of cars — are coordinated on the events desk, not by stacking unspoken extras onto one Carnival. If only the immediate family should sit in this cabin, book it that way and put the rest of the party in another vehicle.
A wedding day is a chain of addresses. List them. Route changes after the car has left Chikkajala can add charges. Night running between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am attracts double night bhatta on the published terms. A reception that ends after ten is not a surprise if you told the desk; it is a surprise if you did not.
Family weekends, sightseeing, long-distance
The Carnival page says the vehicle suits weekend getaways, group sightseeing and long-distance travel because of luggage space and seating. That is the use case. It is not a promise of a particular hill-station timing. For an outstation job the published rule is ₹80 per km with a 300 km per day minimum. Driver BATA is ₹600 per day. After-hours driver BATA is also listed as ₹600. Tolls, parking, interstate taxes and GST are extra.
If the weekend is mostly inside Bangalore — several stops, a parked chauffeur — ask whether the local 8-hour / 80 km package fits better than an outstation slab. The local package is ₹8,000, with extra km at ₹80 and extra hour at ₹800. Crossing either limit moves you onto those extras. Do not treat 80 km as “only the sightseeing kilometres”; garage legs count.
What to send so the quote matches the day
Write the product first: local 8 hours / 80 km, or outstation at ₹80 per km with the 300 km/day minimum. Then pickup, drop, date, reporting time, passenger count, and luggage. If any leg runs between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am, say so. If you want a women chauffeur, say so. If this is a company account, add the GSTIN and the person who can approve extra stops.
A local day that looks like “only 50 km of sightseeing” still includes the run from Chikkajala and the return. If those garage legs plus your loop will cross 80 km or 8 hours, you should expect the published extras (₹80 per km, ₹800 per hour). An outstation day that looks like “only 240 km of highway” still bills at 300 km unless the desk writes a different product. Do not fight the garage rule after the car is out.
A nominal advance confirms the dates. Balance is payable on completion by UPI, card or bank transfer, unless you are on an agreed corporate credit cycle. The terms page does not publish a free-cancellation window. If the wedding date is not locked, say that before the advance is taken.
Corporate guests and meetings
The Carnival page lists executive meetings, corporate events, business conferences and VIP employee transportation. For a guest who should not sit in a large Urbania, and who is travelling with more than a sedan boot, this is the listed MPV. How it sits against Vellfire, Fortuner, Mercedes-Benz or Commuter is a luxury-fleet question — see choosing a luxury chauffeur car and the luxury page. This article will not rank them.
If the guest is on a company account, say so. Consolidated GST billing exists for registered corporates under agreed credit cycles. A nominal advance still applies on standard terms unless your agreement says otherwise.
Published local and outstation figures
| Package | Published figure | Extra km | Extra hour | Driver BATA |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Local 8 hours / 80 km | ₹8,000 | ₹80 / km | ₹800 / hour | ₹600 / day |
| Outstation (min 300 km/day) | ₹80 / km | ₹80 / km | ₹800 / hour | ₹600 / day |
After-hours driver BATA is listed as ₹600 on the Carnival page. Pricing on that page may vary in peak seasons, public holidays or for a customised plan. Ask for a written quote for your dates.
The luxury page also shows a Carnival sample row. Sample luxury rates exclude fuel, tolls, parking, permits and driver allowance unless stated, and the Carnival page’s BATA figure (₹600) is the one this article uses for this vehicle. If two pages ever look different on a given day, take the written quote.
Terms that change the total
- Garage-to-garage hours and kilometres.
- Tolls, parking, interstate taxes and GST extra.
- Luggage at passenger risk.
- Rates can move with the fuel-band note on that page: diesel ₹85–₹95 per litre, petrol ₹95–₹105 per litre.
- Waiting, route changes and extra stops may be charged.
- Night 10:00 pm–6:00 am: double night bhatta on the general terms.
- Nominal advance to confirm; balance on completion (UPI, card or bank transfer).
The Carnival is one listed luxury MPV. If the group is larger than this cabin will honestly hold, look at Urbania or a coach on the events desk. If the guest wants a sedan, look at the Mercedes-Benz rows on the luxury page. Book the product you mean.
