The Carnival page says: welcome guests with premium hospitality; dedicated chauffeur services for foreign delegates and government officials. That is the intent. Protocol cars on the Mercedes rows live on luxury cabs.
Airport plus city
A delegate often needs KIAL pickup and a city day. Airport Carnival has no published one-way fare. A city day uses 8h/80km. Name the GSTIN, the flight, and whether any leg runs after 10:00 PM.

Tolls, parking, interstate taxes and GST are extra. After-hours driver BATA is listed as ₹700. The luxury cabs card also prints a Carnival BATA of ₹500 — this cluster uses the Kia Carnival page figure (₹600) until the desk confirms one number. Night running 10:00 PM–6:00 AM attracts double night bhatta on the published terms. Luggage is at the passenger’s risk. Rates can move with the fuel-band note on the Carnival page.
