A corporate cab partner in Bangalore is not “a driver on a WhatsApp group”. It is a desk that can run daily staff commute, visiting-team airport transfers, and dated event fleets — and then send finance one GST-shaped invoice. This is a buyer’s checklist against what Manya Tours publishes on corporate and event transportation. It does not name clients. What “corporate cab” covers on this site
The corporate page puts three jobs on one account desk: Employee Transportation Services (ETS), executive cars, and event fleets. It is not a separate website. Manya Tours (Devrundaa Pvt Ltd) has operated from Bangalore since 2011 and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. The same page publishes fleet capacity ranging from 30 to 500+ vehicles and pan-India operations across 52+ cities with all-India permits. Those are capacity statements. They are not a reserved fleet for an unnamed Thursday unless you confirm the vehicles.

Hire is chauffeur-driven. It is not self-drive. Hours and kilometres are garage-to-garage. Outstation days use a 300 km minimum. Tolls, parking and permits are extra at actuals unless a written quote says they are inside.
ETS: daily staff commute
Employee Transportation Services on the corporate page cover staff commute with scheduling, tracking and safety processes. That is a roster product. It is not the same as booking one Innova for a director on Tuesday. When you enquire, say whether you need a repeating commute pattern or a dated executive car. Mixing the two in one vague email is how the wrong vehicle shows up.
Ask the desk how scheduling and tracking will work for your shifts. This article will not invent an app name or a service-level minute. If women employees should have a women chauffeur option, put that in the account note, not in a last-minute chat with the driver.
Safety processes are listed; they are not a statistical claim. ISO 9001:2015 is the published quality-management certification. Treat it as that — a certified management system — not as a marketing medal beyond what the site states.
Airport transfers for visiting staff
Corporate airport transfer for visiting teams uses the same account desk. Where a retail pickup applies, the published one-way fares on the airport cab page are ₹1,600 for a Dzire, ₹2,600 for an Innova Crysta and ₹3,000 for an Innova Hycross. Tolls, parking and airport entry are extra at actuals unless included. Fortuner, Mercedes-Benz and Force Urbania are available on request on that page — they are not those three fares.
Share flight numbers, terminals and a buffer. Manya Tours is not liable for missed flights caused by traffic or delays outside its control. Waiting and route changes may be charged. If a guest should be met with a name-board, that is the meet-and-greet line on the events list, not an unspoken extra.
Do not assume an Urbania or Carnival airport batch posts at the Dzire figure. Ask which product is on the movement.
Events, conferences and conventions
The events half of the page lists meet-and-greet at the airport, hotel–venue shuttles, and an on-site coordinator for large corporate conventions. Vehicles named there include luxury sedans and SUVs (Mercedes, Vellfire, Fortuner), premium group vans (Force Urbania, Kia Carnival, Tempo Traveller), and Volvo 45- and 49-seater coaches.
Assign by group size and luggage, not by the most expensive name on the list. A two-person dignitary movement is a sedan or SUV. A 14-person staff batch is a van. On-site coordinator support is published for large conventions. If your event is a 20-person offsite, you may only need the vehicles and a dispatch number. Say which. Night running between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am attracts double night bhatta. Flag dinners and late airport runs.
What not to mix on one purchase order
A repeating ETS roster, a one-way airport sedan at the published retail fare, and a three-day Urbania offsite are three products. They can sit on one account. They should not share one vague line item called “cabs”. Ask the desk to name each movement the way the site names it, so accounts payable can match the invoice to the airport page, the local table, the Urbania card, or the luxury sample.
Retail airport fares apply where a retail pickup applies. A guest on a company account can still be a retail-style airport movement if that is what you booked. An Urbania batch is not that movement. A Vellfire from the luxury page is not that movement. Write the vehicle.
Pan-India capacity (52+ cities, all-India permits) is useful when the same guest continues to another city. It is not automatic cover. Name the city. Permits and border taxes, if they apply, are extra at actuals on the terms page. Fleet capacity ranging from 30 to 500+ vehicles is the published range for how large a draw the desk can make — still subject to confirmation on your dates, especially around large conventions when coaches and vans are already committed.
Luggage remains at passenger risk on every product. If a visiting team is travelling with demo crates, say so. Waiting while a crate is unloaded is waiting. Route changes to a second office are route changes. Both may be charged.
Billing, GST and credit
Consolidated corporate billing with monthly GST invoicing is published for registered corporate entities. Credit cycles are by agreement. Standard terms still say a nominal booking advance confirms and blocks the vehicle; the balance on a completed trip is payable by UPI, card or bank transfer unless that agreement replaces the retail pattern.
Garage-to-garage measurement, the 300 km/day outstation slab, extras for tolls and parking, and luggage-at-passenger-risk do not disappear because the invoice is monthly. Finance should see those rules before the first PO. Fuel-band language on the terms page notes diesel ₹85–₹95 and petrol ₹95–₹105 per litre as the published adjustment bands.
This article does not invent a free-cancellation window. If your legal team needs a cancellation clause, it has to come from a written agreement, not from a blog.

- Is this ETS (repeating commute), executive ad-hoc cars, event fleet, or a mix?
- GSTIN, billing address, and whether you need monthly consolidated invoices.
- Cities besides Bangalore — the page publishes 52+ cities with all-India permits; name the ones you actually use.
- Airport: retail one-way (Dzire / Crysta / Hycross fares) or a requested Urbania / luxury car?
- Events: meet-and-greet, hotel–venue shuttle, on-site coordinator — which of those?
- Women chauffeur: default for certain employees, or on request only?
- Peak dates already known (AGM, offsite, product launch).
