A Bangalore wedding day is a chain of short hops, not a brochure photograph of one decorated car. Home, makeup, venue, hall, hotel — the programme slips by an hour, which wedding programmes do, and the useful hire is a chauffeur who stays with the family while that happens. Manya Tours is chauffeur-driven only. Women chauffeurs are available on request. This page is how families should brief the desk across the fleet. It is not a reprint of the Urbania family article, and it will not invent a wedding-package rupee card.

Write the stop chain before you fall in love with a cabin
List every address you already know: first pickup, makeup, ceremony, reception, last drop, and whether elders need a second collection from another house. Extra stops and route changes can add charges under the published terms. It is cheaper to list them when you book than to invent them at the gate. Name who holds the phone that actually rings. Six uncles shouting six pins is how a van sits in the wrong lane while the bride is already late.
Clothes rails, gift hampers, a cake box, and two elders who cannot climb into a compact sedan — that is a typical wedding load. Luggage is at the passenger’s risk. Soft garment bags need a clear row, not a crushed boot. Say if hangers are travelling. Say if gifts will come back in the same car.
Match the vehicle to the party that will actually sit in it
Force Urbania is the van conversation when the bridal party and immediate relatives should travel together. Published layouts are 10-passenger, 10-seater luxury / Maharaj, 12-seater luxury, 13-passenger and 16-passenger. Match headcount plus bags, not the WhatsApp group count alone. Kia Carnival is the lounge-like MPV when only the immediate family or VIP guests should sit in one cabin and the larger group uses another vehicle. The Carnival page lists wedding hire for bride, groom and VIP guests. It does not publish a seat count on that page — ask the desk rather than treating a photograph as a specification. Luxury sedans and MPVs — Mercedes-Benz E-Class or S-Class, Vellfire, Fortuner, GLS — are the arrival cars when the cabin itself is part of the welcome. Those seven listed luxury models, including Carnival Limousine and Commuter VIP, are matched on the luxury cabs page and the luxury chooser. Do not post a Vellfire against a city-sedan figure.
Large guest fleets — more vans, coaches, a mix of cars for out-of-town relatives — belong on the corporate and events desk, not as unspoken extras stacked onto one Urbania. If only the immediate family should sit in the luxury cabin, book it that way and put the rest of the party in another vehicle.
Night bhatta is a wedding-day fact, not a footnote
Receptions that end after ten are common. Night running between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM attracts double night bhatta on the published terms. Ordinary driver bhatta still applies on outstation or overnight work. Say the last-drop window when you book. If the same cars must return at dawn for a next-day ritual, that is another reporting time, not a free encore.

What a usable wedding brief contains
- Every stop you already know, in order, with a landmark the chauffeur can pin.
- Date, first reporting time, and whether any leg runs after 10:00 PM.
- Passenger count by car — bridal party versus guest shuttle — plus any elder who needs a near-door seat.
- Luggage: hangers, gifts, cake, large suitcases.
- Which published class you want in each slot: Urbania layout, Carnival, luxury sedan or MPV, or a mixed events fleet.
- Who pays the advance, and whether this is a company-billed event.
A nominal booking advance confirms the vehicles for those dates. The balance is payable on completion. The terms page does not publish a free-cancellation window, so do not assume one if the muhurtham is still moving. If plans are shaky, say so before the advance is taken. Then let the chauffeur stay with the chain you wrote, which is the job you hired.
