300 kilometres per day
Every outstation rental is billed with a minimum 300 km per day. Kilometres are calculated from office (garage) to office (garage) at Chikkajala. If the day’s running is below 300 km, the 300 km floor still applies.
Driver bhatta and night driving
Driver bhatta (allowance) is extra. On the outstation fleet cards it is listed as ₹400/day (Dzire), ₹500/day (Innova Crysta and Hycross) and ₹700/day (Force Urbania). Double night bhatta applies if driving between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Tolls, permits and fuel
State border permits, tolls and parking are extra at actuals. Rates may change with fuel: diesel ₹85 to ₹95 per litre; petrol ₹95 to ₹105 per litre, as stated on the service pages. Urbania outstation specials start from ₹35/km on the Urbania page. Kia Carnival outstation is ₹80/km with ₹600/day BATA on its own page.
Named trips such as Coorg or Ooty are described on outstation packages; they still follow these billing rules unless a written quote says otherwise.
