Force Urbania hire at Manya Tours is chauffeur-driven group transport for that kind of morning — airport batches, hotel–venue shuttles, offsites — not a case-study brochure. Treat the day as a movement plan
One van for one hotel lobby is a booking. Three vans, two hotels, a venue and a staggered airport board is a plan. Write the plan before you phone. The useful fields are not slogans. They are: first pickup, last drop, headcount per vehicle, flight numbers if any, whether a meet-and-greet is needed landside, and who on your side holds the WhatsApp thread with dispatch.

Airport batches
A batch is several people on nearby flights, or one flight with more bags than a sedan will take. Published one-way airport fares on the airport page are ₹1,600 for a Dzire, ₹2,600 for an Innova Crysta and ₹3,000 for an Innova Hycross, where a retail pickup applies. Those figures do not automatically become the Urbania price. Urbania at the airport is a group vehicle on request. Ask the desk for the correct product so finance does not try to post a 16-passenger van against a Dzire fare.
Share the terminal printed on the ticket, the flight number, and a buffer after landing. Manya Tours is not liable for missed flights caused by traffic or delays outside its control. Waiting and extra stops may be charged. If baggage is slow, tell dispatch; do not assume the chauffeur can wait indefinitely without the hire moving onto extra time.
Meet-and-greet is listed on the events page for VIP airport guests. If you need a name-board and a single collection point, say so. If three people land an hour apart, say whether they wait for each other or take two movements. An Urbania that idles for the second landing is still on the clock in garage-to-garage terms once it has left Chikkajala.
Conferences, hotels and venue loops
The events page lists hotel–venue shuttles and an on-site coordinator for large conventions. That coordinator is for large conventions, not every eight-person offsite. If you need someone on the ground at the venue gate, ask. If you only need the van and a driver who already has the loop, say that too. Over-ordering a coordinator you will not use wastes the desk’s time and yours.
A typical Bangalore conference loop is hotel to venue in the morning, venue to lunch if the lunch is off-site, return, then airport or hotel in the evening. Write the loop as clock times you actually control, not as “morning” and “evening”. Reporting time should include the garage-to-garage run from Chikkajala. If the first pickup is in Whitefield at 7:30 am, the vehicle left the garage earlier than that.
Night running between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am attracts double night bhatta on the published terms. A dinner that overruns, or a late airport batch, should be flagged. Driver BATA on the Urbania guide is typically ₹700 per day. Tolls, parking and permits are extra.

Published Urbania outstation rates include ₹36 per km for the 13-passenger van and ₹38 per km for the 16-passenger van, both with a 300 km/day minimum. The 12-seater luxury is ₹50 per km and the 10-seater luxury is ₹55 per km. Confirm the live card for your dates. A nominal advance confirms the block; corporate credit cycles apply to registered entities under agreement. Balance on a retail-style hire is payable on completion.
Urbania beside the rest of the events fleet
The events page also lists luxury sedans and SUVs, Kia Carnival, Tempo Traveller, and Volvo 45- and 49-seater coaches. Use Urbania when the group is larger than a Carnival-class cabin and smaller than a coach, or when you want one van the team can brief in. Use a coach when headcount and luggage overflow every Urbania card. Use a sedan when the guest is one or two people who should not sit in a group van.
Family Urbania use — weddings at home, luggage-heavy weekends — is a different article: Urbania for family and group travel. Do not copy a family seating guess onto a conference batch. A staff offsite with laptops and cabin bags is not the same load as a wedding with gift crates.

What a company account changes
Employee Transportation Services (ETS) on the corporate page cover daily staff commute with scheduling, tracking and safety processes. An event Urbania can sit on the same account desk as ETS, but it is not the same product. Daily commute is a roster. A conference is a dated movement plan. Say which one you are buying.
Consolidated GST billing is published for registered corporate entities. That helps finance. It does not remove garage-to-garage measurement, the 300 km/day outstation slab, or extras for tolls and parking. Luggage remains at passenger risk. Waiting and route changes may still add charges. If the agenda slips, the person on the ground should tell dispatch before the chauffeur is asked to invent a new loop.
