Most messy cab days in Bangalore start with a half-message: “airport tomorrow morning, Innova.” The desk then has to guess the terminal, the luggage, whether this is a one-way or an 8-hour package, and whether the clock starts at your gate or at the garage in Chikkajala. This checklist is the message you should send. It covers airport, local and outstation hires as Manya Tours publishes them — chauffeur always included. Product pages: airport, local, outstation. Send the filled list via contact, phone, WhatsApp or email.
Keep these contacts before you start
Office: No. 339, Chikkajala Village, Jala Hobli, Yelahanka taluk, Bangalore 562157. Phone +91 799-6662-202. WhatsApp 799-6664-404. Email booking@manyatours.in. Operations are 24/7. Manya Tours has worked from Bangalore since 2011 and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Women chauffeurs are available on request — put that in the same message, not after the car has left the garage.
1. Pickup
Write the full address and a landmark the chauffeur can pin. For a home pickup, a society name and tower number help. For an office pickup, the gate you will actually walk out of matters more than the corporate campus name on Google. For Kempegowda International Airport, write the terminal printed on the ticket or airline app, plus the flight number. “Airport” alone is not a pickup point.
If the first pickup is not where you are sleeping tonight, say so. The vehicle is coming from Chikkajala. Garage-to-garage measurement starts there, not at your sofa.
2. Drop
Write the last address of the hire. If you will return to the same house, write “return to pickup”. If there are stops in between, list them in order. Extra stops and route changes may be charged under the published terms. A silent extra temple stop is how a local package burns hours you did not plan.
Airport drops need a terminal and a reporting time with a buffer. Manya Tours is not liable for missed flights because of traffic or delays outside its control. Do not set the car to arrive at the exact boarding close.
3. Date and time
Give the calendar date and a clock time, not “early morning”. If any leg runs between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am, say so. Night bhatta is charged double in that window on the published terms. A reception, a red-eye flight or a 4:00 am outstation start should be in the first message.
For a multi-day outstation, give the number of nights and the morning you want the car back in Bangalore. Outstation billing uses a 300 km per calendar day minimum, garage to garage. Extra kilometres use the vehicle’s extra-km rate.
4. Passenger count
Adults, children, infants. If someone needs a near-door seat, say so. If you want a women chauffeur, say so. Headcount is the fullest point of the day, not the average. A colleague who “might join from Silk Board” is a passenger if they will sit in the car.
5. Luggage
Number of large suitcases, cabin bags, and odd items (stroller, wheelchair, garment bags). Luggage travels at the passenger’s risk. The company is not responsible for loss or damage. That is a reason to describe the load, not a reason to stay silent. A Dzire-class boot and an Urbania boot are not interchangeable. If the bags will not fit the car you named, the desk should say so before the advance is taken.
6. Vehicle type
Name the product and the car family you want.
- Airport one-way (published retail): Dzire ₹1,600, Innova Crysta ₹2,600, Innova Hycross ₹3,000 — on the airport page. Tolls, parking and airport entry extra at actuals unless the quote says otherwise. Fortuner, Mercedes-Benz and Force Urbania on request; those are not the three fares above.
- Local: the 8-hour / 80 km chauffeur package on the local page. Extra km and extra hour follow that table once you cross either limit. Garage legs count toward both.
- Outstation: kilometre hire with a 300 km/day minimum. Name the destination and nights.
- Group: Urbania (10-passenger, 10-seater luxury / Maharaj, 12-seater luxury, 13-passenger, 16-passenger) or another group vehicle the desk lists. Do not paste an airport sedan fare onto a van.
- Luxury: only the cars on the luxury page — Vellfire, Fortuner, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, S-Class 350, GLS 450 (2025), Kia Carnival Limousine, Toyota Commuter VIP. Sample rates there exclude fuel, tolls, parking, permits and driver allowance unless stated.
If you do not know the car, describe passengers and bags and let the desk propose from the published fleet. Do not invent a model that is not listed.
7. Chauffeur
Every Manya Tours hire on these product pages includes a professional chauffeur. There is no self-drive option here. If you need a women chauffeur, write it as a requirement. If the chauffeur should wait between meetings, you are probably on a local package, not a point-to-point drop — say that.
Driver allowance (bhatta / BATA) applies on outstation journeys and on local bookings that run beyond normal working hours, as the terms page states. Night 10:00 pm–6:00 am is double night bhatta. Urbania guide BATA is typically ₹700 per day; Carnival page BATA is ₹600 per day (after-hours BATA also ₹600 on that page). Other vehicles carry the allowance printed on their card. Do not assume one figure for every car.
8. Tolls, parking, permits, fuel note
Highway tolls, commercial parking and state permits / border taxes are extra at actuals unless a written quote includes them. Keep a way to pay those on the road if the chauffeur is collecting actuals. Quoted tariffs can move with the published fuel bands: diesel ₹85–₹95 per litre, petrol ₹95–₹105 per litre.
9. How the hire is measured
Kilometres and hours are calculated strictly from office (garage) to office (garage). Waiting, route changes or additional stops may incur extra charges. That single sentence explains most “but we only used the car for two hours” arguments. The two hours at your gate are not the whole hire.
10. Booking and payment terms — only as published
A nominal booking advance is required to confirm and block the vehicle for your dates. The balance fare is payable upon trip completion via UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. Registered corporate entities can use consolidated GST billing under agreed credit cycles. The terms page does not publish a free-cancellation window. Do not assume one. If the date is uncertain, say so before the advance is taken.
There is no “we will wait freely at the airport for as long as it takes” line on the terms. There is a waiting-may-be-charged line. Build a buffer instead of betting on unpaid dwell time.
Copy-paste block

- Pickup (address + landmark / terminal + flight)
- Drop (address or “return to pickup”) + known stops
- Date and reporting time (flag any 10:00 pm–6:00 am running)
- Passengers (adults / children) and women-chauffeur yes/no
- Luggage (large / cabin / odd items)
- Vehicle asked for (or “propose from published fleet”)
- Tolls/parking/permits: extra at actuals unless quote includes
- Billing: retail balance on completion, or corporate GSTIN / credit cycle
- Name and number that will be on during the trip
Send that to booking@manyatours.in, WhatsApp 799-6664-404, or the form on contact. If the hire is an airport movement, you can start from airport cab service. If it is a city day, start from local cab service. If it is a highway trip, start from outstation cab service. The checklist is the same; the product name changes.
