Terms and Conditions for Booking with Manya Tours

Dear valued customers,

Thank you for choosing Manya Tours for your travel needs. Before booking with us, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

1) Booking Policy & Closing Settlements:

  • To initiate a booking, please visit our website www.manyatours.in or contact us at +91 799-6662-202.
  • All bookings will be confirmed upon payment of a token advance through online/cash/bank transfers.
  1. Cash: Visit our office and pay in cash.
  2. Online: Utilize our partner payment gateway with a 3% transaction fee.
  3. Bank Transfer: Make payments through IMPS/NEFT to our designated bank account.
  • Settlements must be completed immediately after the trip, and no credit is allowed.

2) Cancellation and Returns Policy:

  •   72 hours prior: 100% refund after deducting bank charges.
  •   48 hours prior: 60% refund after deducting bank charges.
  •   24 hours prior: 20% refund after deducting bank charges.
  •   Within 24 hours: No refund.
  •   No show on travel date/time: No refund.

3) We Follow Calendar Day:

  •   For outstation trips, a minimum rental of 250/300 Kms per day is charged.
  •   One calendar day is counted as 1 day (12:00 am to 11:59 pm).
  •    Additional charges apply for using the cab after 12:00 AM.

4) Driver Batta’s:

  •    Three driver batta’s are charged if the cab is hired from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm.
  1. Day Driver Batta: Mandatory charge from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  2. Early Morning Batta: Additional charge between 12:00 am to 06:00 am.
  3. Late Night Batta: Additional charge between 10:00 pm to 12:00 am.

5) Interstate Permit, Parking, Toll, & Entry Fees:

  •   The customer is responsible for payment of inter-state permit fees, parking charges, toll fees, and any entry fees incurred during the trip.

6) Cab Breakdown:

  •  In the event of a breakdown, a replacement cab may be provided based on availability.

7) Customer – Do’s and Dont’s in our Cabs:

  •    Please adhere to our guidelines on smoking, drinking, loud music, driving speed, self-driving, restricted areas, and illegal substances.
  •    AC usage during ghat sections is at the discretion of our drivers.
  •    Cabs hired for outstation purposes should not be used for Bangalore city travel or sightseeing.

8) Driver Food & Stay:

  •    Customers are encouraged to allow drivers sufficient time for meals and basic amenities.
  •    Any expenses incurred for the driver’s food and stay must be pre-approved by Manya Tours.

9) Interior Maintenance:

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the cab’s interiors. Cleaning charges may apply for any damage or litter.

10) Child and Passenger Behavior:

  •    Customers are requested to ensure children are well-behaved to avoid damage charges.
  •    Passengers are expected to cooperate with the driver’s decisions and adhere to local regulations.
