Garage to Garage Calculation: Time and kilometers will be calculated from our office (garage) to our

office (garage).

Permit, Parking, and Toll Fees: These charges will be billed at actuals.

Luggage Disclaimer: Luggage carried in the vehicle is at the passenger’s risk. We are not responsible

for any loss or damage to luggage.

Fuel Price Adjustment: Rates are subject to change in line with fuel price fluctuations: Diesel: ₹85 to

₹95 per liter Petrol: ₹95 to ₹105 per liter.

Flight Delays: Drivers track flight status. However, customers are requested to update in case of major schedule changes.

Waiting Time: Any waiting time during the trip will be considered part of the total rental duration.

Driver & Vehicle: Manya Tours assigns verified and professional drivers only. Vehicle type will be as per the booking category (Luxury Cabs, SUVs, Urbania).

Customer Responsibility: Customers are requested to maintain vehicle cleanliness. Damage to the vehicle interior/exterior caused by negligence will be chargeable.

Company Rights: Manya Tours reserves the right to deny or cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or unavailability.

Payment Terms

1. Payment Options: Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Transfer.

2. Advance Payment: A minimum advance of 20–30% of the estimated fare is required to confirm the booking.

3. Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be settled at the end of the trip, either directly with the driver or through the Manya Tours office.

4. GST Charges: GST of 18% will be applicable on the final bill amount.

Cancellation and Changes: Reservations can be cancelled or modified up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time without charge. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur full charges.
