Terms and Conditions for Booking with Manya Tours

Dear valued customers,
Thank you for choosing Manya Tours for your travel needs. Before booking with us, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
1. BOOKING & CONFIRMATION
- Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- A booking is confirmed only after an advance payment is received.
- Customers must provide accurate pickup details, travel dates, number of passengers and luggage details.
Manya Tours reserves the right to decline bookings in case of incorrect or incomplete information.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
- Advance Payment: 20–50% of the estimated amount must be paid to confirm the trip.
- Balance Payment: To be paid at the end of the trip or as instructed during booking.
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, card or cash (where applicable).
- Tolls, parking, border taxes, government fees and interstate charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

3. PRICING & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Per-kilometre billing is calculated garage to garage, not from pickup point only.
Outstation Minimum Km Rule:
All outstation trips are billed on a minimum 300 km per day basis.
Even if actual usage is less, charges for 300 km/day will apply.
Extra kilometres beyond 300 km/day will be charged as per the vehicle’s rate card.
Waiting charges, route changes or additional stops may incur extra charges.
Night charges may apply for travel between 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
Driver Allowance: Fixed daily allowance applies for outstation trips.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Customer Cancellation
48+ hours before trip: 100% refund of advance
24–48 hours before trip: 50% refund
Within 24 hours: Advance is non-refundable
Manya Tours Cancellation
If Manya Tours cancels due to operational reasons, a full refund of the advance will be issued.
Refunds take 3–7 working days depending on the payment method.
5. VEHICLE & SERVICE CONDITIONS
Images shown are for representation; the actual vehicle may vary but will be of the same or higher category.
If a vehicle faces mechanical issues, a replacement will be arranged as soon as possible (subject to availability).
AC may be restricted in hilly regions as per safety guidelines.
Luggage must be within the vehicle’s capacity limit.
Cleanliness will be maintained, and customers are expected to cooperate in keeping the vehicle clean.
6. DRIVER CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITIES
Drivers strictly follow traffic rules and safe speed limits.
Drivers will not take unsafe or restricted routes.
Drivers have the right to refuse illegal or unsafe requests.
Customers must treat drivers respectfully at all times.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide valid ID proof if requested.
Ensure all passengers wear seat belts.
Overloading the vehicle is not allowed.
Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
Any vehicle damage caused by the customer/passengers will be chargeable.
8. DELAYS & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Manya Tours is not responsible for delays caused by:
Traffic, roadblocks, strikes or weather
Accidents or natural calamities
Vehicle breakdowns (replacement will be arranged ASAP)
Government checks, permits or local restrictions
No compensation will be provided for delays outside our control.
9. TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
Interstate routes must be pre-approved at the time of booking.
Restricted forest zones, national parks or non-motorable roads will not be entered.
Any change in route must be within safety and legal limits.
10. LIABILITY & SAFETY
Manya Tours is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
We are not liable for missed flights, trains or buses due to traffic or unavoidable delays.
Medical emergencies or conditions of passengers must be informed prior to travel.
Vehicles are insured as per government regulations.
11. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Manya Tours reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. New terms will be posted on this page with the updated date.
